Positive Thinking

Did you ever notice that when you have bad thoughts, you have a bad day?  The power of positive thinking is becoming all the rage.  Our emotions and thoughts are tied to how the energy in our body functions.  Stressful situations can make us literally ill. So,  why not try to turn stressful situations into positive opportunities.  Instead of putting your mind into a place you don’t want it to be, think positive.

Another prime example is the classic Grumpy Guss at the office.  They come in grumpy and sooner or later the entire office is grumpy.  What if that person came in with a positive attitude?  The possibilities are endless.

The next time you have a negative thought, kick it out and replace it with a positive thought.  You will notice big changes in yourself and possibly the people around you.
